CORONAVIRUS : -
All non-playing staff (including Daniel Levy) are
having their wages cut by 20 percent in the light of the Coronavirus pandemic. Wage cuts for players and
coaching staff may come with the Premier League set to have
talks about the move.
CHAMPIONS LEAGUE : - Spurs have been fined GBP
17,714 for delaying the kick off at the start of the second
half of the away leg of the Round of 16 against RB Leipzig.
The German club were fined GBP 2,004.53 for their fans
throwing objects onto the pitch and given a warning for a
late start in the second leg late.

Steven Bergwijn has been allowed to return to
Holland for the birth of his first child and Heung-Min
Son to fly back to South Korea for "personal reasons".
Harry Kane has said that if the football season
cannot be completed by 30th June, then it should be
cancelled. He also said in an interview that he would
not stay at Spurs just for the sake of it and would consider
moving to another club if he felt that the club were not
making progress.
RUMOURS : - Spurs are being linked
with goalkeepers today, with Burnley's Nick Pope and
Manchester United's on loan to Sheffield United Dean

Premier League have come to an arrangement with the
Government to complete the season's remaining games by the

John McDermott, the Head of Academy coaching and
Player Development, is to leave Tottenham after 25 years
service to take up the position of Assistant technical
Director at the FA. Having been in charge during a
period when many young players have progressed to the First
Team, his experience, knowledge and care will be sorely
missed by the club.
FIRST TEAM : -
The club have cancelled training at Hotspur Way until
April after the Premier League programmes were postponed
until 30th April at the earliest. They will follow
Government advice as to when training is to be resumed.
RUMOURS : - Manchester United to
have made an approach for Harry Kane, but may have to
pay GBP150 million, while Spurs are targeting Lille striker
Victor Osimhen, who's club have put a 94 million
Euros price tag on their forward. Also in France,
Spurs, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Barcelona are
watching Eduardo Camavinga, a French Under-21
international, with Rennes setting a minimum fee of 50
million Euros for the 17 year old. Real Madrid are to
consider the future of striker Luka Jovic, with Spurs
and Chelsea keen on the 22 year old Serbian, who left
self-isolation causing the hierarchy at the Bernabeu to
think about releasing him for sale. The Spanish media
also claim that Tottenham may make a GBP37 million bif for

The results of Tottenham Hotspur's financial dealings
were reported today for the financial year to 31st March
2019, with an increase in revenue to GBP460 million. A
quarter of this came from the run to the Champions League
final last season. Although corporate income from the new
stadium added GBP27million to the income stream, overall,
profits fell from GBP113 million in 2018 to GBP68.6million.

All top level football in England has been cancelled
until 3rd April to try to reduce the spread of Corona virus,
with players and staff testing positive. The situation
in the country will be re-assessed with the government's
health experts to see if the season can resume with the away
game at Sheffield United on 4th April. There are fears
at the FA that the season will not be able to be completed,
as some clubs thik that the postponement of games will
continue long after the three week period.

part of the development and regeneration of the area around
the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium, Haringey Council passed a
planning application submitted by the club to build 330
homes on the former Sainsbury's site (now B&M Bargains) on
the High Road opposite Brantwood Road, with 32 percent
classed as affordable homes. A 29 floor high rise
block is one of the buildings to be constructed on the site.
