Kyle Walker may be fit for Tottenham's game against Aston Villa next week and be ready for the England World Cup squad.
The Daily Mail reports that Spurs are considering Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino for Tim Sherwood's replacement in the summer and that his tenuous grasp of English be an issue.  The article also claims that Rafa Benitez, the Napoli boss, is also in the frame, but that Frank de Boer's announcement to the press last week that he had been approached by Spurs has seen him lose favour among the hierarchy at White Hart Lane.
The dame paper reckons that Hugo Lloris is set to leave Spurs to seek Champions League football and Barcelona are interested, where he may be managed by Frank de Boer, who the La Liga club are looking at to replace Gerardo Martino.
Stoke City and Crystal Palace are keen on signing Harry Kane in the summer for £5 million according to the Sunday Mirror.  QPR could also be interested if they manage to gain promotion back to the top flight
Andros Townsend is named by the Mirror as one player who might be part of a big clear-out at Spurs in the summer, with him making his way to Southampton in a deal that would bring Adam Lallana to White Hart Lane, although the Saints man looks keen on joining Liverpool.  Southampton might make a move for him anyway, with Nacer Chadli and Gylfi Sigurdsson also leaving Tottenham if Tim Sherwood is still in charge next season.  Paulinho has also had a falling out with the current Head Coach and may be another leaver during the close season.
