A report today claims that Heung-Min Son and Wolfsburg have agreed personal terms, but the clubs are yet to find common ground on the fee.  Spurs are asking for 25 million Euros, while the Bundesliga club say they can only go up to 20 million Euros.  Meanwhile, it is said that Hull City have agreed a fee for Ryan Mason to join them, although other stories claim that he is also talking to another club, possibly Sunderland, about a move.  The saga surrounding the move of Georges-Kevin N'Koudou to Tottenham from Marseilles is further clouded in intrigue, with L'Equipe saying he has been in light training with Spurs for a couple of days now.  French media have also been linking Tottenham with Chateauroux's 19 year old striker Jean-Phillipe Mateta and a four year deal is supposedly on the table, along with a similar offer from Montpellier.  Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish claims Tottenham's GBP12 million offer for Wilfried Zaha will not persuade them to let the winger go this transfer window ... and he has promised the Eagles' fans that.

Former Spurs youth central defender Calum Butcher has signed for Millwall from Burton Albion.
Internazionale have reportedly turned down an approach from Spurs for their Croatian winger Ivan Perisic, who scored against Tottenham in the recent pre-season friendly.  It is rumoured that Schalke 04 are keen on Heung-Min Son, although the price tag might be out of their reach and that of Wolfsburg.  Tottenham, Everton, Watford and Leicester City are said to be chasing 24 year old South Korean winger Lee Jae-Sung and despite playing pretty poorly against Spurs on Saturday, the club are said to have made a GBP15 million offer for Wilfried Zaha, who is reported to have asked to leave, but apparently Crystal Palace regard the offer as derisory.  Getting even sillier is the story that links Spurs with an interest in Eliaquim Mangala of Manchester City, while they will consider selling Kevin Wimmer if the French international moves to White Hart Lane.  Even sillier still is the news that Napoli made a bid for Harry Kane, but it will not be entertained by Tottenham.

While the latest story surrounding the transfer of Georges-Kevin N'Koudou is that the breakdown in the deal was about the way Tottenham wanted to phase the payments, it now looks like Spurs might try to take the Marseille winger on loan for a season with a GBP11.6 million permanent deal at the end of it.  It will still involve Clinton N'Jie heading to France in the opposite direction.  Nacer Chadli has been priced at GBP20 million by Tottenham.
