to sign a new five year contract worth £13 million to deter interest

Lennon has praised Edgar Davids for helping him with extra training

Ledley
King has said he will sign a long term contract at Spurs, as long as
the club match his ambitions state the Sunday Mirror. However,
the comments featured on the Sky Sports website make his signature on
the deal seem more likely ... "I've left the
contract talks with my agent, but if the club's moving in the right
direction, like I feel it is, then I haven't got a problem," said

St. Etienne Technical Director Damien Comolli has been appointed as
the new Sporting Director at Tottenham Hotspur. The 33-year old
said he was excited about joining Spurs and taking up the role in
charge of the medical, academy, scouting and secretarial sections of
the club. Comolli was formerly a scout for Arsenal and is a
friend of Arsene Wenger. Martin Jol said that the new Sporting
Director had a great network of scouting contacts in Europe and all
over the world. Previously, Comolli had been the Technical
Director at St. Etienne for one year and left in June.

Robinson played the whole of England's 0-1 defeat to Northern Ireland

at the end of the transfer deadline, Spurs signed Polish striker
Grzegorz Rasiak from Derby County for an undisclosed sum.
Wolverhampton Wanderers were believed to have agreed a £2.25 million
